Short Course in Further Nutrition
This course is suitable for anyone who has generally read around the subject of nutrition, who has developed a passion for it and wishes to study it to a higher level - but purely for interest. This is an opportunity for the inquisitive mind to find out the ‘whys’ and the ‘hows’ in the fascinating world of nutrition. It focuses on many of the aspects contained within the Basic Health Sciences Diploma course, but without the clinical content (the application of knowledge in a clinical setting):

Digestive problems such as constipation, IBS, heartburn, coeliac disease
